Our 2026 Launch Plan, Published in Full

Most organizations publish results. We're at the stage before that — so we're publishing the plan, and we'll report against it publicly, milestone by milestone.

The plan

In the first half of 2026 we sign partner agreements with schools in frontline-adjacent and de-occupied hromadas, and finalize the teacher support curriculum with practicing Ukrainian teachers. In the third quarter we run the first procurement round for learning kits — from Ukrainian suppliers wherever possible — and publish the budget breakdown. With the 2026/27 school year, the first kits are distributed through partner schools and the first teacher cohort begins.

How we'll report

Each milestone gets an update on our Transparency page: what was planned, what happened, what it cost, and what went wrong. We commit to publishing shortfalls with the same prominence as successes. If a procurement is delayed or a partnership falls through, you'll read it here first.

Why publish a plan at all?

Because donors deserve to know what they're funding before results exist, and because a public plan is a commitment device: it makes quietly dropping a milestone impossible. Join as a founding donor or volunteer remotely.
