Ukrainian charitable organization
Helping Ukraine's children catch up on the learning the war took away.
Millions of Ukrainian children have had their education disrupted by the full-scale war — by displacement, destroyed schools, months of online lessons and air-raid interruptions. Serply supports their educational recovery with learning materials, restored learning spaces and support for the teachers who hold classrooms together.

The problem
Learning loss is the war's quietest damage
Since February 2022, thousands of Ukrainian schools have been damaged or destroyed, and millions of children have studied online, in shelters, or not at all for long stretches. International assessments and Ukraine's own Ministry of Education point to substantial learning losses — in reading, mathematics and basic study habits — that widen the longer they go unaddressed.
The children hit hardest are in frontline-adjacent and de-occupied communities and among internally displaced families: the places with the least infrastructure and the fewest resources to recover.
Buildings will be rebuilt. Lost years of learning don't rebuild themselves — they require deliberate, sustained recovery work. That is the gap Serply exists to help close.

Two programs, launching in 2026
We are honest about where we are: both programs are in their launch phase. This page will be updated with results as they happen — not before.
Launching 2026
Learning recovery kits
Individual kits of learning materials — textbooks, workbooks, stationery and offline study resources — for children in frontline-adjacent and de-occupied communities, distributed through local schools and hromadas.

New programs, open books from day one
Serply is a small organization launching new programs, and we believe credibility is earned by transparency, not by inflated claims. We will not publish impact numbers we don't have. What we publish instead:
- Registered charitable organization in Ukraine (EDRPOU 65405954)
- Validated by Percent / TechSoup for nonprofit status
- A public launch plan with milestones and budgets
- An 80 / 12 / 8 spending commitment: programs / administration / fundraising
- Donation receipts for every gift
Be part of the launch
Founding donors and volunteers shape what these programs become. $30 assembles one learning recovery kit; $100 supports training materials for one teacher.
